SignagePlus: a comprehensive, knowledge-based platform for audio and visual management
The management platform, content apps and Player have distinct roles: content is prepared centrally, its publishing schedule is defined, and execution takes place on destination equipment.

From a change in the platform to playback on site
A content manager prepares a message or program and places it in the destination’s publishing workflow. The on-site Player executes the content. If external data such as prices, queue status or operational indicators is required, its source and update method are defined separately. Network and device behavior are also part of the solution design.
From business needs to daily operation
Management layer
Media, the design canvas, apps, channels and scheduling form part of the management workflow. User roles align with assigned responsibilities.
Data and connectivity layer
External information enters a scenario from a trusted source with defined settings. Refresh intervals and behavior when the source is unavailable should be specified.
Execution layer
The Player and visual or audio equipment deliver the output in the physical environment. Format compatibility, dimensions and operating conditions influence their selection.
Selection details and related capabilities
Content and data management
- Media library and layout design
- Content apps, dashboards and communication
- Channels, playback schedules and destination segmentation
Infrastructure and deployment
- Cloud model for management through the service platform
- On-premises deployment tailored to the infrastructure
- User access, network connectivity and maintenance responsibilities
Adapted to your scale and requirements
Choose technical details according to the operating need. A display, kiosk, VMS board and urban speaker do not have identical execution requirements. The project design evaluates the deployment model, compatible equipment, data integration and security scope; an architecture description alone cannot guarantee operation on every hardware model.
Questions to ask before choosing
What is the difference between the platform and the Player?
The platform prepares content and manages publishing; the Player executes content on destination equipment. Player selection depends on the operating system, formats and site conditions.
Does all content need to come from an external system?
No. Media and designed content can be prepared independently. Data integration is needed when a scenario depends on information from an external source.
