A Counter Change Must Appear Along the Passenger Journey
Passengers follow the flight status and destination in the lounge. The counter display shows the information related to the same service and the route guide takes him to the right place. Content must be updated from a valid source as counter or flight status changes. The related voice message is also coordinated with the operator’s procedure so that the passenger does not receive contradictory information.
